America Shaped Flag
The America-shaped flag is one of my favorites. It comes in one size, 37 inches by 20 inches approx. We use a grade 1 piece of pine that we get directly from a local lumber mill. We pick only the best rough-cut planks, and plane them down to about 3/4 of an inch.
After this, we cut out the country, always trying to be as accurate as possible. It is torched around the edges and through the flag itself to maintain a "distressed" appearance. We stain it to color and then clear coat it front and back. All flags come with three support strips that are glued and screwed on the back to deter warping. Also included are heavy-duty D-hooks and adjustable hanging wire.
Police, Fire, Military Lives Matter
The Blue Lives Matter flag and my police, fire, rescue, and military flags are assembled much the same as the standard American flag. On the sixth stripe up from the bottom, the color will be either blue, red, or green. You can also get a combination of the three colors depending on which heroes you wish to honor. They come in either red, white, and blue or a natural stain.
